The small Melanger Allure M10 (10 kg /22 lb) is made in same execution as the big one, and has Manually Tilting frame – offering unbelievable ease on product discharge throughout decades of your work. The machineis totally made of the food grade stainless steel AISI 304 and independent suspension grinding elements with its base all of whole natural granite of hardest type. The additional pneumatic pressure of up to 220 kg helps easily grinding any type of mass. The machine requires compressed air at 4 bar (Mpa) from central system or a regular small compressor. The volume of the empty bowl is 20 liters.
Professional Melanger Allure M30 (30 kg / 66 lb) has absolutely identical performance and working capacity. Additional pneumatic pressure up to 356 kg facilitates easy grinding of any type of mass! ALLURE is a professional equipment, created for our own bean-to-bar chocolate factory. The volume of the empty bowl is 55 liters.
The Top-Class Professional Melanger M80 (80 kg / 176 lb) consists of support frame and tilting module with rotating bowl all made of food grade stainless steel AISI 304 and two millstones and the base each made of a whole piece of high density natural granite. This tilting module facilitates the effective chocolate mass discharge by tilting the bowl via the motor-reducer motion. The Melanger requires connection to compressed air supply. The dimensions of our Melanger allows getting through any standard door. The volume of the empty bowl is 130 liters.
Cocoa bean cracker breaks raw or roasted cocoa beans into cocoa nibs. Cocoa bean winnower separates cocoa-nibs from cocoa-shell. The vacuum module can be purchased from dealers at www.jettools.com. You can use similar vacuum modules with the following characteristics: 900 cubic meters per hour or 650 cubic feet per minute. The dust collector is also not included in the kit, it is purchased locally.
